2.About

About our system of Medals:

Nakos Medals, are the same from any other army in CP. Medals are given out for, recruiting a Member, coming to a Battle or Practice Battle or for just be a real loyal Member. Medals are a way to show the Leaders how active you are in the army, so they have something to work off of when promotion day comes.

About our system of Divisions:

The Divisions in the Nakos are the same as most armies. In the Nakos we have the Division of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. The Divisions, are just a way to split up our army into different pieces, so in a Battle we can say “Navy to the Dock”! “Army to the Ice Berg”! stuff like that. Divisions are not like… if you in the Navy you don’t get to fight in the Battles and only the Army gets too. No, like I said they are a way to split you up for Battle.

3.Government

The Nakos Empire also known as the Nakos Republic, we are a constitutional monarchy, that is also a parliamentary democracy and a federation.

• These people are elected by the Nakos Empire or chosen by the Leader who just retired. These people control the Nakos Empire. They make the big decisions for the Empire (with the help of the soldiers in the army). These people are the Field Commanders of the Nakos Empire meaning they lead the Nakos Armed Forces into battle and teach the army basic tactics. 

Highest Leader-Atjks, Generatieon

• There are only two Highest Leaders in the army. The Highest Leader is still technically a Leader, but they have more power over the army then the Leaders. They only have more power in the High Rank Assemblies, if the other Leaders or Co-Leaders, are making a bad decision; in going to invade or in go to war etc. If Highest General thinks that, the Highest Leader will give reasons why they shouldn’t, and see if the out-come has changed after. And he or she will have more power in promotions; if the Hight Leader thinks a person, is getting promoted and he thinks he or she doesn’t deserve it.

• The is really no limit to how many Leaders you can have in an army, but in the Dragon Raiders, we stick with 45. The Leaders have all the say in the army, but they have a little bit less, from the Hightest Leade. (see above) The Leaders will command the Practice Battles, Battles and Wars, and will be greatly respected from all troops.

Base Chief Warrant Officer(s):-None

• To get this rank you need to get special training from the . These people give advice to Leader and controls the army when absent. These people are in charge of the Base Chief Warrant Officer meaning they are in charge of the land in the Nakos Empire. They may hold Governor elections (if approved by President(s) and may give out land grants to army (President must approve of what server is available for land grants).

Nakos Forces Chief Warrant Officer(s):-None

• To get this rank you need to get special training from the Leaders or Co-Leaders . These people control the army when Leaders or Co-Leaders are absent. These people control the Foreign Relations of the army. They keep track of other armies and what they are doing. These people also try to make alliances with other armies and keep alliances together.

Governors:-None

• The Base Chief Warrant Officer is in charge of keeping track of what the Governors are doing and make sure they continue to do their job. The Base Chief Warrant Officer may demote the Governor from its job, if he/she is inactive or not handling the job correctly. The Governor must keep their server safe by sending daily patrol groups throughout the server. The Governor of each server may take the server’s division to patrol the server.  Example: The Governor of Sub Zero may take the Army division to patrol the server. If the Governor spots an invading army in the Empire. They must tell the Base Chief Warrant Officer right away or the highest rank and defend the attack. This person may also schedule parties on their server and whatever else they would like to do (must be approved by Base Chief Warrant Officer first). The Governor must, also, keep their website updated so the Generals know what’s going on too. If the Governor is absent at any time, the Mayor take over. After a 4 month term, there will be new Governors elected.

Assembly:

• When a major decision is about to be made for the army. The Leaders or Co-Leaders may call for a High Rank Assembly or just a Regular Assembly.

High Rank Assembly:

• A High Rank Assembly consists of  the ranks from Leaders or Co-Leaders. In a High Rank Assembly you will usually discuss a major topic (For an example: about going to war with an army or if another declared war on one of our allies, etc.) or you will express your ideas for the army. After the decision or idea is made final in the High Rank Assembly. The topic will be discussed in the Nakos Assembly.

Nakos Assembly:

• A Nakos Assembly consisits of everyone in the Nakos. In this assembly you can express your ideas for the army or you will discuss a major topic for the army.

Land Grants:

• Nakos Land Grants are very easy to recieve. Being that the Nakos Empire has 6 servers, it will be VERY easy to get a land grant. Land Grants will only be given to trust-worthy armies who have always been Nakos Allies, currently allies, no bad history records, and most importantly, NO REVOLUTIONS.

6.Laws

1. Golden Rule: HAVE FUN!
2. Follow all the Leaders commands
3. Listen to the highest rank soldier
4. No multi-logging
5. No hacking
6. No asking for promotions
7. You should be on Club Penguin and the Nakos site at the same time
8. You must patrol your assigned server atleast 15 minutes a day
9. No impersonating

Probation/ Firing:

• If any of the laws or chat rules are ever broken a high-ranking soldier may put you on probation. The person who put you on probation may decide how long the probation will be, but during the probation the bad Nako must guested then banned on chat (until the probation is up) and they are prohibited from going to any Nakos event (battles, assemblies, practice battles, recruiting sessions, etc.). If the bad Nako may brake any of the probation rules. The probation can be extended.
• Only a Nakos Leader may fire a Nakos. He or she must first give the soldier a warning on a probation before that soldier can be fired. Everyone makes mistakes and should be given another chance, but if a fifth chance is broken they can be fired.

Retirement/ Impeachment:

After a one year of serving as Leader of the Nakos that Leader can retire (Only if you want to). He or she may leave a retirement post on the website and may schedule a final battle for themselves against another army.  After he or she retires from being Leader, they must choose the next person to be the Leader of the Nakos. They may either pick a person to be Leader or they can pick a few high-ranking soldiers and let the Nakos decide by making a poll.

• A Leader of the Nakos may be impeached only if that Leader is leading the Nakos to a downfall or treating fellow soldiers badly, or for another bad reason. The entire army must agree to have a Leader impeached.

Promotions:

• Promotions will be handed out atleastonce a month, usually at the end of each month. Only the Nakos Leaders may hand out promotions. To get a promotion in the Nakos you need to be an active soldier who comes to Nakos events, such as battles, practice battles, meetings, recruiting sessions, etc.

Please do not ask or beg for a promotion.  If you ask/beg for a promotion, you will not get a promotion no matter how active you are.
